Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
We contracted for a pool..They started it and it just got the gunite shot. The pool came in a foot narrower than the contract. It was supposed to be 13' diameter on one end and 10' on the other , it came in at 12" wide and 9' wide We also contracted for 5"6" and that came in at 60"..do we have the right to have them correct the measurements and make the pool the 13' wide we paid for.

Probably not. The law doesn't like to encourage waste (like tearing up a perfectly good pool that is safe as it is and almost -- but not quite -- as big as you ordered), but you would be entitled to a reimbursement of some of the purchase price to reflect the fact that you got less than you contracted for.
