Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
contractual agreement?
When does an agreement between to companies begin on, the start date or when both parties sign? The start date is 04/01/2007 thru 03/31/2010. Iwas the last person to sign on 04/25/2007? My compensation they said was retro-active on 04/25/2007!!!

The contract should make clear when it begins. But if it doesn't, think about what you're being paid for. If it is a service, then you don't get paid before you provide the service. I'd have to read the contract to know what to tell you and that would be a legal opinion that would cost you something.
