contruction lien

received a ''claim of Lien'' from a carpet cleaning company. they filed it on the wrong address, I never received a ''notice to Owner'' along with the amount is three times the invoiced amount. Can I make them remove it for false information?

Yes -- that would be a defense. You need to contest the lien to start the process. Check out chapter 713 of the Florida Statutes.

Based on what you post the claim of lien may be invalid. However, they still may have some claim against you if you owe them money. You say the amount is three times the amount of invoice, did you pay them and the check bounced?
