Damage done by contractors

We recently had a bathroom countertop installed. After the workers arrived, they realized they had brought back splashes that were the wrong size but continued to install the countertop. During removal of the old counertop, the installers broke our bathroom mirror. When I called the office to complain, they refused to be responsible for the damage and replace the mirror saying they were doing us a favor by removing the old countertop. I insisted and they agreed to replace it for a price. At first I agreed but after getting vague responses the next day about when it would be done we told them to forget it. The following day we discovered that the new sink bowl was cracked. We called and they agreed to get a new one and come and replace it. Later that day they called and said they couldn't get in touch with their supplier and they would try during the week. We felt we were getting the run around and sent an email telling them we were stopping payment on the check until the job was complete. Within 2 hours they arrived with a new sink . We gave them a new check to be done with them. Replacing the mirror will cost aprrox. $175.00. If we pay some one else to put it in, and then sue in small claims court, how likely are we to win?
