Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

Defendant, pro se, counter sue plaintiff

Judge has not responded in 17 days to motion to disqualify,

nor responded with a hearing date. The judge denied all my motions including, motion to dismiss for an invalidated

accounting, answers to the interrogatories, motion for production of records. At the last hearing, the judge stated the plaintiff did not have to give me any validation of accounting. What can i now do?

Can i counter sue when the trial

is 4 weeks away, and when is my

deadline for subpoening witnesses?

Re: Defendant, pro se, counter sue plaintiff

You can set the motion for a hearing yourself. The judge is not obligated to do do.

Almost certainly the time to countersue has passed. You would need the Court's permission to do so.

You may issue subpoenas at any time, but I would not delay long because you may have problems serving some witnesses. Be sure to attach a witness fee to the process.
