Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
Is free speech violated if someone wore a T-shirt that said F**** You (but spelled out) across the back into a public store (say Walmart for example), was asked to leave the store by the manager, then arrested for profanity/obsene language charges by the cops in the parking lot??

Walmart can ask you to leave, but the arrest may be questionable. You should contact a local attorney or the local branch of the ACLU.

Walmart can ask you to leave. The police should not be able to arrest you for wearing the shirt.
