Re: gc holding retainage on sub

Florida Statute 713.345 is entitled Moneys received for real property improvements and it provides a penalty if moneys are received and not properly disbursed. You may wish to send a LIENORS DEMAND FOR COPY OF CONTRACT AND STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT which can be found on our website at http://www.theconstructionlawyers.com/construction-forms-formslinks.html

Good luck,

Randall Gilbert
