Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
Grouinds for suit?
I had construction work done on my
trailer by two members of the Co-
op board. I have since discovered
that the gentlemen in question
have no licensing. They have
rendered my trailer virtually
unsellable - even though I own a
share worth 45 thousand dollars. I
have notified several in a series of
park managers about my concerns
and the board - no response. Do I
have grounds to sue the co-op into
buying my share and trailer for 45k?

Re: Grouinds for suit?
No, not unless you contracted with the co-op board, as opposed to the two individualks that happened to also be members of the board.
