House still not finished

I am having a house built ground was broken in 2/2004. They had the wrong plans and the slab was not poured til 5/2004. Once the house was started they have installed wrong items, and also I was not given a $5000.00 lot allowance. What can I do - I have spoken with the company through e-mail and they tell me they will look ino it. I was told in May that they would put a rush on the house - but noone works a full day - What can I do?

Does your contract provide a completion date? Have they past the completion date? Does your contract provide a specific amount of damages in the event of delays?
