I my personnal credit is very bad can i still become a part of an excisting company?

Sure you can become a part of an existing company assuming that the shareholders of the existing company follow the appropriate steps to allow you to become a shareholder. Your poor personal credit may hamper the company's ability to obtain financing, however, if that is something you all are in need of.
