How much intrest can I charge
i am filing a claim of lien for non payment against a contractor we do business with, it has been brought my attention that i can charge intrest for unpaid amounts, my question is how much can is what apr can i charge? Not sure if you may need to know but I am a painting contractor. thank you!

You can only put in interest if your contract provides for a specific interest rate if the customer fails to timely pay.
