How long do I have to file a property lein in Florida

A contractor has 90 days to record its lien from the date of its last furnishing of labor, services, or material to the project. However, I have no idea what capacity you are acting in (ie. contractor, renter of equipment, laborer, etc..), whether you actually have any lien rights, or whether you have performed other acts which may be a prerequisite to filing a lien.
