I am a subcontractor in Fl, I completed a job for a builder who is now refusing to pay me--I filed
the n.t.o. and lien in the alloted time, can i now start for foreclosure proceedings on the house that I liened?

If you have perfected your lien rights and have done so properly, and are within the statute of limitations then yes you can start foreclosure proceedings. However, you should run your documentation by an attorney because if you are wrong, or if you have done something impropery, then you will wind up owing the owner attorney fees. Good luck,
