Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

Liens

My husband and I have just started our own company, and we have a person that has failed to pay us for our services. We are trying to find out how can we place a lien and what all do we have to do first to place a lien on the vehicle that has been worked on. The owner of the vehicle has basically not contacted us to pick up the vehicle or to pay. We have tried on many occassions to get in contact with the owner and he never returns our calls. Any information will be of great help....

What does a vehicle have to do with construction? Your question is better directd to someone whoe can tell you how to place a lien for vehicles, no a construction lien. Good luck,
