Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

Newly purchased home

My boyfriend and I have recently purchase a home thru this company who builds house. Since we have been dealing with these people it has been a nightmare. We closed on the house about two weeks ago and we were told that the power would only take 4 to 5 business days and it would be up. Well they have done nothing but lie to us and I want to know if there is anyone who I can contact to see what I can do about this. We are having to pay for a house that we can't even live in yet? Please someone give me some advise on what I should do or if there is anything I can do?
