Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
nonpayment for equipment and labor
We installed 2 huge air conditioning systems on a business's rooftop. Now they won't pay or even talk to me. Law enforcement says I can go on their property and claim my units. Can I?

No -- you can't just go on the property. If law enforcement says you can, I bet they won't go with you! Get a lawyer and sue for your bill. You should file a mechanics lien right away if you can and have complied with the law.
