I have sent out notice of non payment now I need to know what steps I have to take after they have received their notices

Did you properly and timely file the Notice to Owner? Do you have a written contract? When was the last payment received by you? Is there a bond?
After the Notice of Nonpayment and the expiration of time for their response, you can file your complaint. The questions I asked will determine how you can file.
