notice to owner requirements
please send me the florida statute or other backup in the law that shows where a signature and date are required on a notice to owner to insure it will be inforceable and valid.

The statutes you are referring to can be found in Florida Statutes, Chapter 713, Part I. These statutes are available online at www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm. If you are unable to get them on the internet, you can also find them in most libraries, or from an attorney. If you are dealing with a public project (owned by the government), Florida Statutes, Chapter 255 may apply. Good luck in your research.
