Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
i need and ongoing subcontractor agreement...one that is not for a specific job but all jobs...got anything like that?

I would recommend you look into the AIA General Contractor/Subcontractor agreement. I believe the AGC also makes a standard form as well that you could use as a guide.
