Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

The builder of our home was fully aware that the septic tanks in our subdivison were not properly installed now 75% of the homeowners have to keep pumping and have to replace the tank &/or the drain field. The builder has filed chapter 11 How can we as residents go after the builder or the county for allowing this to happen?

File a claim in the Chapter 11 action so, hopefully, you can get something. That is about all that you can do.
