real estate signed contracts

we signed our part of the contracts, but never received copies with the builders signiture how long does the agency have to give us copies that have all signitures

RE: OWNER�S DEMAND FOR COPY OF CONTRACT AND STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT.

Dear ﷡﷡﷡﷡﷡,

Pursuant to Florida Statute �713.16(1), the undersigned requests a copy of the contract you entered into with ﷡﷡﷡﷡﷡ concerning the following improvements: ﷡﷡﷡﷡﷡ located at the above referenced Project.

We are also requesting information concerning your statement of account on the contract, including the dates and amounts of payments previously made, the amount presently due, and the dates and amounts of the work and payments to be made in the future.

You are required to furnish the requested copy and information in accordance with �713.16(1) of the Florida Statutes, which provides a penalty for your failure to comply. Upon receipt of the requested documents, please enclose an invoice for your reasonable copy costs. Your prompt cooperation is much appreciated.
