Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
I am a salesman for a constuction company and am having problems getting paid my commissions. i am not on there payroll and am a sub (1099).Can i issue a notice to owner to the customer so i insure that i am paid.

There is no "notice" to the employer which will insure payment. A contract stating your job and payment is your best bet. If the employer fails to pay you, you will have to seek legal recourse (i.e. sue them).
