Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
subcontractor not getting paid
I worked on a county job for a contractor (GC) and he will not pay me or for the equipment that was used for this job- it is a 3 year contract and it started in Oct. The county will not help, they will not give me a copy of his daily logs or minority performance report because they never required the GC to comply with that requirement.

Sur the GC. Just file a claim to get paid.
