Time for judge to disqualify himself
How much time does a judge have to answer a motion to disqualify? Until the judge gives his answer, do the mediation and depositions process go as scheduled or are they postponed pending the
judges decision?

Re: Time for judge to disqualify himself
Until there is a hearing. Even then it can be delayed. All orders remain in place until there is a decision disqualifying the judge.
