Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

I had a verbal contract with a general contractor to build out a medical space. I was to do all the supervisory work and be paid for same, he was to pull permit, and we were to split profits at end. He walked away with about $50,000. Is there an attorney out there that will sue him for me on contingency? It seems attorn's only wish to get paid regardless of the oucome. Please let me know...

Given the nature of this case it may be difficult to find an attorney willing to take this case on a pure contingency basis. However, you may be able to find an attorney which would handle the case under a hybrid fee structure where the attorney charges a reduced hourly rate and also a contingency fee.
