Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
if someone gives a verbal statement as a witness under oath, but signs nothing. can they retract it without making another statement?

They can retract anything, but that doesn't necessarily negate that they said it. Likewise, if the statement is merely verbal then it is more difficult to prove that they made the statement.
