Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
When you have a written contract with a licensed FL contractor does the contract come under the law of agency i.e. is the contractor your legal agent?

No, not unless the contract states you are making them your legal agent. Unless they are construction managers, I do not know of any reason you would have any such clause in your contract.
