Can I use the 3 day rule to cancel this contract.
Can I cancel a contract with a collection agency in Florida for beginning to hire then to collect on a judgment debt. I cancelled within 1 hour of sending in the contract and being told there was up front fees.. I sent an e mail and fax. The judgment is in NJ. The collection company is in Florida
They now want up front money after signing a contingency contract with them and the agent wants the money for giving me a rapid response to my claim..

There is no "3 day rule" unless it is in the contract or was a solicitation at your home.
