Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
19 year old person goes to a dealer. finds the car he wants.
sales person tells him, he can get approved.
they submit application to bank, meanwhile the sales person convinced the buyer to sign another contract as a buy here pay here, so he could take the car home.
the sales person states that if the bank denies the loan the downpayment will be refunded.
bank denies the lon. the buyer states he can not afford their buy here pay here payment therefor does not want the car.
dealer refused to refund the downpayment.
is it legal to make you sign 2 contracts, an to refuse to refund the down payment.
buyer never takes possesion of vehicle.
