Agreed to resort Real Estate vacation in Florida
Replyed to internet net to enter for a free vacation.
Didn't ''win'' but was offereda seven day vacation and
car rental for seven days if we took the time to
inspec then my credit card number. Was told it was
nonrefundable.
After receiving the ''Vacation Package'' I relaized that
this wasn't what we wanted to do.
Can I legaley force the travel agency to returned the
fundsd that I authorized them to charge via my Vis

Direct you cc company to not pay the charges. Then consult with a competent creditors' rights atty in you locale.
