Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I applied for a motorcycle loan and was told by the salesmen that it was approved. i signed all paperwork and gave the down payment and got insurance on the bike and was told we were done. it was a done deal. but we couldnt take the bike that day because it had to go through their servicing department. after being put off for over a week because of waiting for parts and any excuse they can come up with. i called the corporate office and had them look into it. suddenly im not approved for the loan...what can i do? and can they really do this to me on the day the bike was gonna be delivered?
