arbitration affidavit
an arbitrator will be deciding the outcome of a disagreement between a warranty company and myself over the repairs of my vehicle. i need the car dealership to present the facts on what they did to the car to fix it and what they found on the diagnostic tests to come to the conclusion to fix the car. the dealership doesnt want to cooperate and i need a report from them for the aribtration. can i make them fill out an affidavit? how do i go about the process?

Usually, there is a procedure for the arbitrator to issue a subpoena that will require their attendance. You should get the repair records. That may tell you what they did without having to call a hostile witness that does not want to help you.
