Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
We have asked for modifications to our loan for over two years, to no avail. We are not in foreclosure - yet, but know that's where its headed. The mortgage company refuses to grant us the current presenden'ts program although we know we qualify for it. They just sold out to another firm. We don't know if we should keep on trying, or just hire an attoney.
