Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I have an attorney telling me that I have to make arrangements to pay a defaulted student loan, I advised her that I applied to consolidate all my student loans to include that one. She told me that I could not do that and I explained to her that I had spoke with Department of Education and they told me as long as no judgment was placed against me that I most certainly could and she told me that her client was not going to allow me to consolidate. Is this correct, because I don not believe so
