Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Used Auto Disclosure
I recently found out that a used car i had purchased 1 year ago was in a front end collision. I have had several problems with this car, and would like to know if there is a law about disclosing this kind of information at the time of sale. If i had known this car had been i an acident i would not have purchased it. Is there any thing i can do?
