Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
auto repair bill
My question is this. If I am having a dispute with an auto repair facility over a bill and I feel I wasnt treated fairly, should I refuse to pay and continue to negotiate with them or should I pay and sue them in small claims. The amount in question is $ 1800 and it is with major company.
