auto repair negligence
My car went into a local dealership for an oil change. When I picked it up I got a mile away from the dealership and the car turned off due to no oil in the car. They are offering to put a new engine in the car. What are my rights? Is there compensation? I

If the dealership is offering to put a new engine in the car, what more do you want? You will not get "pain and suffering" compensation/damages on a claim like this. It is not a personal injury case. You are only entitled to be made whole. You should immediately accept their offer providing there is no other damage to the car. They are being extremely reasonable with you.
