It is not against the law to hide a car from a repo agent, however, they can take extraordinary measures to retrieve a vehicle provided the lender does not breech the peace in retrieving the vehicle. You will be held responsible for all charges incurred and may eventually be charged with theft of the vehicle if you secret it away.
