Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Auto repurchase
I just a received a letter from a auto manufactuer that states they are willing to buy back my car since it was listed as having ABS brakes but it was not equipped with those brakes. Only thing is I just sold this car, am I still intitled to any compensation.
