Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Automobile Trade In Return
I recently traded in my truck for a small SUV. The finance company has not completed the deal, but the dealer already let me take the small SUV home. The dealer and finance company seem a little fishy and I want to return the small SUV and get my truck back, is that possible?

No. Once you sign a contract the deal is complete. Frankly, it was your responsibility to do any due diligence prior to the transaction and not afterwards. You are stuck with the vehilce unless the dealer will voluntarily agree to take it back.

Read your contract. Almost certainly, the answer is No, you don't have the right to undo the contract you have already signed. Before signing contract you should read them and know what you are getting in to.
