Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Can a automotive repair shop owner face criminal charges if they knowingly deceive clients and bill them for repairs that either were not done or sold used parts but billed them as new? If so who would I contact and how would I present this to the proper authoriites? The bill in question was in the amount for over $100,000. Thanks!

Contact the state attorney's office in your county. I would also see a private attorney. see www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com
Good luck.
