Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Getting back my money.
I purchased an appliance from a liquidation place with a 90 days garantee. The day after the delivery I unwrap the stove and there's a crack on top. I called them right away now it's going on two weeks and I can't get and answer from them. Every time I call, I get the same response, we'll look into it and give you a call back. Never call me back I'm tired and frustrated and haven't been able to cook for two weeks, what do I do.

Take pictures. You need to do more than just call. Calls are often just useless because when you get ignored there is nothing later to prove that you did call and that you did report the problem. Put you problem in writing. Keep bugging them.
