Can I Back Out
My wife decided she had to have this one car, the payment is a little high. The deal was signed but we are waiting for approval on the loan. Can i walk into the dealership and tell them i dont want the car?

Read your contract. IF it has an out clause then comply with its terms otherwise you are bound.

If your deal is subject to financing, try not to get the financing. "Also read the contract for other 'out' provisions, if any, and comply with them.
