Bait and Switch tactics in excess of $3,500.00

I recently leased a new Cadillac off the showroom floor. I signed a lease and the car was taken in the rear area for "Plates and a clean up" The car was returned to me after an hours wait, minus the white wall tires,and chrome wheels,additionally the Cadillac grill was removed.When I confronted the salesman about this travesty,he said:"I should have told you, those items were for show only" I contacted Cadillac and they insist on playing hard ball.I also contacted Consumer affairs in Florida, and await a reply. I believe I need to litigate this matter..Your advice please.
