Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I have a bit of a problem Ive been trying to find out the laws on buy here pay here places but cant seem to find anything anywhere i got my car over a month ago and i be leave i signed an as is paper but i'm in a financial bind right now and want to give the car back to them because ever since i got it there has been problem after problem with it i cant afford the car anymore it just keeps breaking down if i turn it in can they still come after me for the rest of the money they financed it in house
