Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
bought a boat on craigslist the ad stated it ran perfectly and needed nothing. Took it in the next day for basic servicing and it has a blown head. Can i win in small claims court.

yes, it is possible to win on a claim like that. However, the agreement you signed to purchase the boat will be a factor. It would also help if you still have the advertisement from craigslist.
