Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I bought a new boat, and the manufacturer admitted to puttin used parts and rigging in it after delivery. I found them, and called him out on it. I paid for all new everything. Can I make him pay for the work to be done at a mechanic of my choice, as I don't trust them anymore?
