Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
bought brand new boat
Ordered expensive chris craft rumble seat boat 12 weeks ago and delivered three weeks ago and I used it for two weeks, now is at dealer and I am told that hatch problem of the rumble seat opening on it's own needs to have check valves installed and in addition a latching mechanism to prevent it from opening while crusing, but the latch will make using the rumble seat ackward. I told them I do not want the boat and to send it back to the factory. I was not told of this inconvinent use of the rumble seat feature when I purchased boat, and they never bothered to call me to tell me about problem before delivery of the boat and did not bother to fix it before delivery. Where do I stand?

Re: bought brand new boat
It is very unlikely that this would justify a complete return of the boat.
