Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I bought a car from a buy here pay here dealer and was sent the title with no lien holder listed. I have been told by a friend who works in the auto sale field that the car is mine free and clear i shouldn't even make any more payments on it. Is there anything the dealer can do if i do stop paying on it?

Look at the documents you signed. Dealer can sue you for unjust enrichment.
