Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I want to know I bought a used car from a used car dealer 22 days ago and I am now told that the engine needs to be replaced. The dealer is telling me that because I had it taken to a mechanic and not them that they will not touch it now. It was sold as is but the bill of sale I was given says at hte bottom that this order is not valid unless signed and accepted by the dealer and it is not signed. do I have any recourse?
